When I announced a couple of weeks ago that we would be doing a piece of work with a major international natural beauty product retailer, it sparked some curiousity in our office. We have a pretty diverse set of clients, but beauty and health retail was a new industry for us. I recently completed a 10K, something I’ve never done in my life, and not necessarily for lack of trying. When I’ve started new exercise programs in the past, I’ve never with it; I tend to stop before ever really seeing or feeling any change. So, what motivated me to keep with it this time? And what does this mean in terms of motivating members of an organization?
